Our initiative is a specialized football training program for children with autism, launched three years ago in collaboration with the Cyprus Autism Society. Initially starting with 12 children, the program now serves 40, with a 30% annual growth.The program focuses not only on football skills but also on developing social abilities, fostering communication and teamwork. Significant improvements in participants’ social interactions and football skills have been observed. The initiative promotes inclusion, raising awareness and acceptance of children with autism. Through planned tournaments, the program continues to highlight the progress of its participants, demonstrating the power of sports for social integration.
